About using arrows

So I was thinking about using arrows. I have read many topics about them, some saying that they don't use them, no point, but some saying that arrows are helping them. Any ideas ?
This is my squad and my style of using arrows...too many or is it good ?

I also use 4-4-2 (classic) with red arrows on MR/ML and DR/DL. I also put 2 blue arrows on my DCs though, seems like I concede much less goals that way. but you use a DMC so you might won't need to do that.

I was also thinking putting blue arrows on DMC and DC & DC. What others think?
