Im not selling him. i need him... the all point of this page was to ask why people bid basically nothing for a player, when u can sell on auctions for much more. i want atleast 12t because i CAN if u want him badly you would pay for him no?

People take a shot at it. If you have 500 tokens, it doesn't hurt to have 8 tokens missing out of your account for 24 hours or less. I agree that's annoying for player owners but it doesn't really hurt the buyer with a lot of tokens. I bought a player for 2 tokens to the seller. Yes, it was a better offer than no tokens but I still didn't think he was going to take it but I took a shot and it paid off... hopefully, i guess, he only played two games so far

I had a couple of instances like that last season where I got two players for about £1m more than the market value they were going for, but not having any success so far this season. I'm guessing it's much harder to negotiate with managers at higher levels.

I'm trying to negotiate on several fronts as I have a good amount of tokens to spare as you mentioned. Knowing my luck though, I'll eventually end up buying the majority I went for and be well in the red.
