Are we can only negotiated with the team was same level with us? Because I can't find level 5 in my server... I think it's most easier to negiotiated with them because they can buy a new one with the higher qualiity..

I think you can negotiate with those a level above and below you, so for you it would be level's 4-6.

My team was lvl 4. But unfortunately, I can't find a team with level higher than me.. even in my cup.. I just compete with lvl 3 and same level with me..
