Skillpoints and training

I know, that this question may find stupid one to some managers, but how can you tell, that how much training player need to have, to get a new star.
How is this all system calculated?

Example my player, how long way to 5 star? 2 skillpoints ? Then he is 25 and a 5* player?

Your player needs 21 skill points to reach 25 quality and gain one star

How do you calculate this? Damn I can't get this

1 skill point asigned and the players atribute will be +0.2

Example : Your player has in atack 18.8 , if u assign 1 skill point to atack then he will be 19.0

Simple math

Ye, +0.2 and his def will be 30. How do I know when he will reach a new star? 1 star = 15 skillpoints or something?

At 15 skill points he gains 1 quality from 23 to 24 for example

To gain one star he needs to be 25 or 30 for example

This is how I calculate and it seems to be right all the time

Your example:

(Kaitse) 29,8 + 18,8 (Runne) + 22,2 (Fuusiline je vaimne) = 70,8 (75 is 5*)

75 - 70,8 = 4,2 > 4,2/0,2 = 21 . Therefore your player needs 21SKP until he reaches Q25 and becomes a 5* player. And another 75SKP until he reaches 6* (scout lvl)
