Damn... that sucks. But if you have more to develop on the stadium then the youth generation dates will change in the future.

Once you max out the youth academy, they come every 12 days, so you don't have a fixed date they arrive on.

if the first coming date is 28/28,then
28/-12-24/-8-20-/4-16-28/

if it can generate on the 1st day 1-13-25/-9-21/-5-17/1
see the difference?

1,9,5 are all days reasonable to draw a 4 star youth if 1/1 as first draw
only 8,4 are reasonable for 28/28 as first draw

It's no fixed date it just becomes a repeating cycle over 3 days, My youth academy is on the 12-24/8-20/4-16-28 cycle and there is nothing that can be done to change that unless nordeus adds a speed up feature to get your youths earlier for more T.
