I personally use often negolation for buy/sell players and I think I know the rules.judging by what I've seen so far I can tell you roughly what prices are transfers.of course these transfers are when you bet on a player who is good for you but weak for owner.most often these are players from the academy or old scouts have now become weak.for players older than 21 years without SA no sense to bidd,their current owners are either inactive or rarely play and pay particular attention to the game.chance to take a player over 21 years without SA is almost 0.in the game has all kinds of people any who just opened negolation list and bidd on players without watching lvl manager who have this player in the moment.so happens someone who is the same lvl as you want your player,of course you are wondering what is this arrogant idiot and 1 token that does not want to give and he is a man who does not think and ignore what doing.
far as I have seen transfers are possible above the following prices:
18-20 years old player no SA 3-4 tokens (its 18 tokens max in total 4 for player owner and other for Nordeus)
18-20 years old +SA 3-6 tokens(22 max tokens in total)
21-25 years old no SA 1-3 tokens
21-25 years old +SA 2-5 tokens
25-30 years old No SA 1-2 tokens
25-30 years old +SA 1-3 tokens
There are of course exceptions, but these are the most common and normal prices.Whereas this applies to players that are unnecessary for sale anyway.
