skill points

hey guys, i am wondering on the skill pt distribution of the players.
since i joined this game, my friend who already plays told me to keep the attributes balanced. so i did but giving attackers 3-4 more pts ahead of def and phys, same for defenders, giving def more and GK too. i gave attack to MC.
but idk about this, should i jst give my attackers points in attack and phys and defenders def and phys?
or i should keep them balanced like this?
