Log into Facebook and go to the Top Eleven app ..your friends should be at the bottom and if you scroll all the way to the left (maybe right) there should be a request there for you to accept or deny from the team.
They are already a friend as my post states, i know the ins n outs of that game as its my 4th season, it´s this you hav recieved a request thats stumped me, thanx for replyin tho.
