my experience, I played the 1st day with my reserves against 112% england, which took my team down from 108% to probably nearer 70, coz I didn't want my main players fitness ruined for the later games, my 2 star dmc free from my academy had 2 yellow cards and was off just after 20 minutes gone, I proceeded to lose 3-0 with very few chances. move on a day, I decided to give it a try with my strongest team, so now I have similar strength squad and after going behind equalised and won on penalties, with a massive fitness drain and a few more yellow cards but no reds, but now comes Belgium when I have my full team fit to play and time to recover for the important games, but they are 128%, and then i think wishfully Croatia are 140% and france 160%, I don't think I have a prayer, not sure I have the time to do it without using packs either, and I don't intend wasting them
