    Player Ratings Stuck

    My player ratings dont appear to be changing after training or matches. My whole first team is on exact same rating & not moving. Any ideas why. Thanks

    What do you mean ratings ?
    The new rates come every after official game.
    The skills increase after a game or training but not for all for every game.
    It depends quality, age

    do you have a mainly older squad, by old I mean mid 20's upwards? coz they increase painstakingly slowly, I'm level 6 this season and only just now have I found a training regime that seems to be improving my players, but next season that could change again
