    In game support

    Anyone getting responses? I haven’t heard back from them in two days, and I’ve even stopped receiving the we’re—busy-with-other-problems form letter. Disappointing.

    Given up on it to be honest. Unresponsive mostly and those that do respond treat me like an idiot and don't understand the game.

    Support is a disaster.
    They don’t (want) to understand your problems and are incompetent.
