Also I've found the ability to make up that 20% or more over the season depends on you figuring out the training as quickly as possible. I don't spend money buying tokens or packs, I am now level 7 and only just got the training working ok for me, so it can take time and patience to get it right. Use the free videos to boost your players condition if needed but also use the free videos to store the green packs when you don't need to use them. The key word I've found in this game is balance, if you over train and keep on using green packs at a high rate you'll struggle, under train and they wont reach their potential in enough time, making subs in matches gets you a green pack as well. so just take time to figure it all out, coz every few seasons something else unlocks and you have something else to juggle with, and all this whilst building up your stadium and training facilities.
