    Well i had match in 1 hour , he arranged a friendly. ..

    It is only worth it if you can afford to lose possession more often. If you are going to get 80/20 possession, go ahead. If the opponent plays a formation where you need more possession, dont play it.

    If you don't want to delete him from FB then how about messaging him asking him not to play you in friendlies. Im gathering he is a friend as hes on your Facebook ?
