so you earn a red pack every game IF you dont get a yellow card during the match.
SO....An injury is a minimum of 5 red packs to cure and 15 max. That is an average of 2-3 days to get enough red packs without friendlies for just one injury. not good.
It's only worth it if your not bothered about getting loads of injuries.

you also get injuries in training, is there a significant difference in the frequency?
(meaning 20% condition lost in friendlies cause more injuries than 20% in training?)

at the beginning of the season i had 65 red packs used around 20 red packs this season and i have 85 red pack at the moment without injury
There will always be exceptions to the rule. Heavy token users dont care as they heal immediately and just buy more.
On my level 4 account, I have one injury (6 days) and 19 reds.
On my level 3 account, I had 51 reds and SEVEN injuries over the past 3 days. I dont play friendlies at all.
I dont waste my tokens on any colour packs.
I dont like friendlies at all. I think there is more chance for injury than just training, but only Nordeus knows.
friendly match not bad, but we have right to accept or not
