Missing tokens

Has this happened to anyone else? I placed an offer in the negotiations section for a player (8 tokens plus 3 more due to my bid) this was placed 2 days ago and it said that i would have it back after 24 hours if i was unsuccesful. i still have not had my tokens returned nor can i see any sign of where they have went. money down the drain if you ask me.
