You have to build the YA anyway to upgrade the other structures which you perhaps think are more important.

Upgrade stadium and U21. Of course, video wall not so necessary

In the long run, you will make a profit from the YA.

Right. I'm thinking, that I hurried to upbuild the academy having the manager level "2 - Rookie"
But I'll be to be on the increase and to to develop! And will receive the new levels. And one of this fine days the youth academy building will compensate all my costs of its building
