Association game with "tecnical problems"

Hi, this is my first post, and I'm a new player, and a weird thing happened yesterday in a game of my association. The last game was won by a player of my association, but we end in a tie (17-17), and a penalty starts. We won the penalties and then the the game freezes. Today it says the game was not played for tecnical problems, give us a tie in the game, and lost the first place. This is normal?

Yes, this bug is well known and there are many threads about these issues. You could report to Support and you might get 10 tokens. But not your first place sadly.

Yes, it's the known bug when two groups have a draw.
Check the Bugs section and send a report.

only time I saw a draw it was decided on goal difference, yours must have been level goal difference too, shame about the bug that robbed your win :-(
