Tactics help please

I’m in first season, haven’t spent any money but have a team much better than others in league but still don’t score many goals.
My ratings for defence midfield attack are all around 90 with opponents in 50’s on average yet I don’t rack up big scores.
My best team is a 4411

Any suggestions regarding increasing my goal tally. Would like to win striker event but currently my top score is 3 behind.
I’m guessing my tactics must be all wrong. Please help

If your team isn't scoring even against inferior opposition, it's likely you just have poor attackers. Sign new ones.
