This do not exist lol all manager levels are the same,,, one just unlock more attendance in the stadium till level 16...

With plenty of sampling, iv found the AI of having an off day against inferior opposition, only applies when you attend the live match. I play a load of friendlies while asleep and check results and not one result is ever an ‘it wasn’t our day’ and we rarely concede too.
