No tanking my friend, just making the most of opportunities to train players. That guy was bought as an 18yr old, trained hard and helped me win league in his first season and just miss out on treble last season. I even won cup and CL amongst level 40’s despite being at level 39. Tanking is too tedious and messes a player’s stats up too much.
