I'm a fan of having BLUE arrows on AML/AMR, sometimes I use RED arrows on DL/DR when I play 4 at the back. or RED on ML/MR when I'm playing a flat 4 midfield formation like 4-4-2, 4-1-4-1 or 3N-1-4-2.

Yeah, especially when focussing passing down both flanks, red arrows on the wings makes sense.
I don't think I'd put blue arrows on AML and AMR though.
On Football Manager, using arrows makes the players make runs forward often or stay back always. Runs forward are most successful with good positioning ratings.
I doubt this is the case with T11 though.
