In a cup or a CH.L. of 32 or 64 teams, there will be 3-4 very strong so it will be hopeless for the rest.
how do you mean not fair if both teams are at the same level or same Association level

currently CH. L. and cup are aleardy skewed to a few strong teams

do you think its fair to managers who put in the necessary effort to sit by and watch teams with low AVQs paired against each other and be in top 10 associations?

PS. regarding tankers it will be best if Nordeus does a -30% at end of season if you did not qualify for promotion.

don't do that. I explain - you create a team at the first level, at the second level you leave it to tanking. in 10 seasons this will be a team of about -250 -270 rated (but you see 1 in game). get her into an association. For example, there are 5 teams with a rating of 200 and one with a rating of -250. the average rating will be 124. This association will always score at least 110 points. and you will always lose. and it's simple math why you can't do that. (For example see top49 asso - current version)

It seems to me that the only option to defeat tanking and such frauds is to impose a minimum skill limit restriction, for example at 20 (like max 340) and then you can already talk about withdrawing at least 20%-40% from players.
