random pairing is not fair.
In a cup or a CH.L. of 32 or 64 teams, there will be 3-4 very strong so it will be hopeless for the rest.

how do you mean not fair if both teams are at the same level or same Association level

currently CH. L. and cup are aleardy skewed to a few strong teams

do you think its fair to managers who put in the necessary effort to sit by and watch teams with low AVQs paired against each other and be in top 10 associations?

PS. regarding tankers it will be best if Nordeus does a -30% at end of season if you did not qualify for promotion.
