    WHY i see only few 6 stars players in NEGOTIATION LIST ?!?

    This is (part of) my Negotiation List at the moment. The only players you will see for negotiations are those you see as 5*, just short of their 6th star. You may also see negotiation players with lower stars from your friends.

    I have never seen any 6*-going-on-7* players in my negotiations list.

    Because if you could bid for 6 star players the scout market will basically die.
