Penalty kicker

What do you guys think is better, to put for a penalty kicker a 5* ST or an almost 5* DC with Penalty Kick special ability..?
Based on your experience or opinion.

For me its always the penalty kick specialist, and I always have to have at least 1 penalty kick specialist in my team. Usually a striker.

FK specialist, aerial defender, defensive wall and probably shadow striker are the only decent ones out there

My DML/DL has SA penalty kick he has missed 1 and scored a couple.

My DMC (SA: penalty kick) and my ST (one-on-one) takes my PK and manages to score every one of them. My third option is my AML/AMC/AMR (SA: penalty kick) as well.

Because a penalty kick taker is useless. I stated this in my thread... The ratio of penalty conversions from a penalty taker to a non penalty taker isn't that much different
