Of course I lost first game 4-0, surprised it wasn't 10-0. All 11 opponent players show to me as 9 stars because of the level difference.
2nd game will be 153% to 108% only 45% difference. Yay!
Sounds like a top of the server Champions League draw. If a level has only 2 leagues, only 8 teams will qualify for the Champions League. So the game must find managers from multiple different levels to field a group of 32 teams to have a Champions League competition.

Server consolidation (if possible) at higher levels would help fix this problem.
