    Somewhere in the murky depths of the Forum (about a year ago) I had numerous chats with Jeeves about this. Because what's happening now is pretty much the same as was happening to me then.
    Nothing was ever admitted or resolved and after 4 or 5 MONTHS things returned to the normal 30 hassle free videos a day.
    I think it might have been around October last year funnily enough.

    Also vids for money,blues,red packs are available, but not for greens,i don't think "the providers " are controlling this,or if i am from x region "the providers" will say,fuc* off,you'll get vids for blue packs not for greens.

    Today on my both accounts. No videos for greens, while they are available for the other types. Can I do anything to get them? I know support won’t help me...

    This is really frustrating- I had a heap on Tuesday, virtually none on Wednesday a heap again onThursday and now about 3 or 4 only on Friday.
    It's like they have given out videos for every two days and once that allocation is used then that's it
