Can someone tell me how negotiation works?
I placed my bid (player full value, no tokens) on a player yesterday and it said waiting for other manager blah blah
Later in that day, there was a popup said something about the manager accept to sell the player but i didnt get him?
It said im still leading as highest offer (i was alone) and the theres a price set for sale? uh?

Negotiation work good in high lvls.Its good way to sell academy 1 star players for some tokens and money.If you want to have sucses in negotiation transfers you need to know few things:
1. Manager who owns the player must be at least 2 lvl above you.You can chek lvl before bidd,if he is same lvl like you or 1 bigger than you no point for bid he will reject 100% or will wait until the time is end(24h).
2. Must be active.If his players is old or low for his lvl this manager maybe is inactive.Player who look must be weakest for his owner,usually 18-20 years old.
3. No one will accept an offer 0 tokens and lower price than player value,you can try bid 2 tokens,I see most managers sell their academy players for 2-6 tokens.
also you can look for friends who are 3-4 lvl greater than you and to buy their academy players as find out in advance the price.
I like this way for transfers, because there is no risk to get into any crazy biddwar,player is always young,always need 1 skil point for scout and saves me time.In the transfer market you might want a player to have to wait two hours until the time of transfer, to spend a lot of tokens and not pick player.
The smaller lvl is annoying because it is full with managers who bidd without watching and thinking,but no one is forcing you to sell players.
I do not understand why someone so much annoyed by the fact that they receive offers for their top players,since they are not obligated to sell and can always reject.

Because when you get many offers, you like to keep one active to prevent constant offers throughout the day, and when you do this, you cannot add skill points. So you reject the offer, add the skills points and sure as ****, more offers appear for the player and you keep doing this every day...it gets tedious.

I agree completely with you that it is annoying, but is not it annoying to have half a team with injures,or to loose from much bad team than your with 5 goals?I also get offers constantly for my players and it is from 8 seasons,but do not tease me anymore, something I can not say for injures and strange results
i will loose today game in leage 0:3 becouse i dont have 11 healthy and unpunished players(21 players team)It annoys me a lot more
