An active tanking manager will simply set his weakest 11 to start in an acceptable formation with good/very good condition, and then once the game has kicked off......................move all the players to the wings, change orders and lose

True, but where there's a will, there's a way. Lot of teams in top 100 of associations tank but find the time to reset formations for cup games.
