I've only had one negotiation accepted even though I rarely go for them.

I offered him 3 tokens, he asked for 6. I left it and eventually he accepted.

what i do know, he can offer the max tokens to me ( 20 ) i`m rejecting now after that and he can wait 24hrs after offer then another 24hrs to get tokens back i`m mean like that

He is just hoping he get fed up of him and eventually accept. I think you should be able to put a minimum price and token that you would be prepared to accept.
