Level quality...

I'm level 2 and it seems in the transfer market level29 is the highest. So my
question is- what's the highest level you can buy at auction on level 3??

How can there be a highest though? what if i sold my scout player, who would buy him if not the level below? would he go onto my levels TL list??

Good question... Would your scout go on another higher level auction? In my opinion, yes.
Someone said on this forum they bought level 39 for 2 tokens but i never see that high a level even on my scout list. The highest on my auction is 29.

each level add 5 (75 skill points) on to what your highest level rating at your at and if you sell a scout i believe higher levels teams will see them.

So if i see skill level 29 on my auctions and im level2 manager. I could be seeing
skill level 34 next season if/when im level3....?

yep i`m level 8 and highest i can get is 59 rating 5* so once i hit 60 player goes to scout 6* so next level if not got 75 skill points then he`l be 5*

Highest level you can get from normal TM is 5*, highest free transfer you can see is 3*. That's a five point quality increase per level. TM is shared by all levels on one server, so your 6* payers can be bought by higher levels
