Those are not bot teams for sure (their names and cities).
For the 2nd and the 3rd team I can see old started dates so maybe returned after a long break.
But they shouldn't play Super League as abandoned teams.
Maybe they were tanking ? The 1st and 2nd have high quality - 84% and 88% the new season so 104% and 108% previous ?

is really a mess.
