After slogging for four days, I got a 124% DM/MC for my efforts. Very underwhelming. Was hoping for a nine star player. Oh well.
In case you're reading @SaucyFC, the rewards absolutely do not commensurate with the prize. I don't think I will participate in a similar event in the future.

On what basis is the given player quality decided after completing Phase 4 (PSG)? Is it random lottery? If yes ignore my next question.

Isn't it unfair when only one member gets a 144% player and rest of us get 124%?

The reward 7-9 star player should have been at unlocking stages, not completing the whole stage as it makes it really tough.
