i played with 442 also , i had good success with it but you need 2 great st's , 2 good wide midfielders and a great defesive line. 442 has a "hole" between defense and midfield and rely a lot on offside trap. My orders was attacking( or hard attack some times) short passes, both flanks, counter off, high pressing ( i switch to low against teams that "park the bus"), normal tackle, zona marking( very inmportant , 442 can only work with this) and offside trap on, with this i won a treble with 203 goals and only 23 conceded.
