Depends on your level, and the age/level of the players. If the players are high level or older, they generally train slower. If you are high level, £1.5m is not a big value so that wouldn't guarantee you a fast trainer

What others have said, £1.5m is not high value. I'm Level 2 and my best trainers are Q25 at that value or £3m+ for quality above 30
