The best way to acquire players was with the old auction system... unfortunately you can't do that anymore as Nordeus replaced it with the current auction system that artificially raises player prices. They sacrificed a better game experience for greed.

Have 2 accounts on same server

Main team and support team so you can buy youngsters from your support team

between the teams you have a different of 1 or 2 lvl.s

This way tou can buy cheap players (youngsters for 9/10 tokens from your support team)

With your supportteam(1or 2 lv higher) you can also buy 3 stars on auction system cheap for main team

My opinion is stats are more Important than skills. That‘s why I prefer Players from the negotiation board. But to get a 99% player you have offer a good bit, 5-10 Token, depending of age, and whether he is in the starting Team or on the bench.
