75 skill points earned = +5 quality = a star

The blue color was training progress. When you have full progress and you will have 1 skill point.. to gain next star you need 75 skill points

no, when the blue colour fills up you get one skill point. When you get 15 skill points, you will increase one level of quality. When you increase 5 levels of quality, you gain one star.

blue bar is means the percentage of skill u have gained,,when it fills up,u get one skill point..player's earn skills by playing match o training,..U can get one Skill point from gift (sent by friends),but is randomly distributed among the players,..
