Asociation disappeared from the game ?

Hello Managers,

I am writing of behalf my friend. She had an association in Platinum and yesterday this association just disappeared from the game and all 6 members dont have it anymore. They have written a message to support and they want from them Aso code but they do not have it and dont remember it (obviously).

They were 6 members from beginning of the ASO so they didnt hire anybody through the life of this ASO.

Could you please advise what are the other options for support to prove that they really lost it ?

They were just regular aso , no upselling ****, no mutants, no dirty business basically so I dont understand it.

If they provide their Manager IDs to Support they will be able to investigate that way.
