Not much you can do really, a few suggestions include:

a) drop for a few games, then try again
b) renew contract
c) sell and replace

BUT, statistics don't mean everything - you don't say what position, so for example my GKs keep getting 5 this season but I'm winning by a lot so they don't have much to do

If the team is playing well around him, don't worry too much
