Variety in the Club Shop and the ability to design your own jersey is one thing that I have mentioned in my monthly reports on many occasions, so the Admins and Devs are aware of this.
Others have suggested making the time between games longer but it would be difficult to accommodate this due to the amount of games to fit in across different time zones and player availability.
