    I have collected 688 greens (level 1 ) and I'm wondering how I could spend them next season (I think when the season will end I will have collected approximately 1500).

    Train up the players you get from the Youth school. They'll be low-Q fast trainers.
    Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
