Training, upgrading player and young players!

Hello all!

We created a long time before, training pitch. We pay for it and as managers cant control what player should we build there.
My idea is to create the possibility to control the training of youngsters, and boosting a future young player to be useful and implemented in the team. It should be free. 1 year season should give 1 good young player if we trained him well.
What is happening is that we just sell those players. I sold them all and I'm playing a long time, in 70 lvl.

You can consider other buildings to be activated in some manner.
