What about scout GKs?

Ok, I'm currently in level 3 an I've 2 GKs on the team and anyone of them can't a 9 in a game.

The last 5 scores from both:

GK Q.34 - 7 - 7 - 7 - 7 - 7.

GK Q.26 - 7 - 8 - 7 - 7 - 7.

Now I ask, if I buy one from scout, there's any chance to be better than the 2 that I've, or it's a tremendous risk to make the deal?...

if you get a 9 from keeper he`s busy saving and rest of team is playing badly, i`d rather keeper get 5 and sitting with fans and rest of team playing well

That´s good stats, my GK scouts have 7 or 8

Waist of tokens and money with a scout GK, and who knows if he's coming worst than the others two.

The only time that my goalkeeper got a 9 was when he won a penalty shootout. Plus he scored in that shootout as well..

My current GK got a 9 on 2 occasions - his very first match and my last match in the cup, where I lost 0:2. Go figure.

He does usually get an 8 though and is indeed my most skilled player with a "Scout" rank (which just means 6 stars), One-on-one stopper SA and is so far my record signing - paid almost twice his value first day of the season in a ~25 round bid war.
