Red and yellow cards in TE is a random bad roll dice.
Doesn't have to do with individual skills like high aggression or low speed as in real football.
Also tackling has a tiny (or none) effect to that.
A bad formation or players out of position have effect.
As playing vs a very strong opponent.
If you see a player getting a yellow card and having a bad rate, sub him.
