Players blockend by yellow or red cards

Hi Guys very Nice Game.
But whats up with Players blocked with yellow or red cards? I have the best or Second best Team in League, placed 7th. Because of rotating suspending Players out of the Team. Can you developing Stuff Sayn Something Upon Team strenght concerning blocked Players concerning yellow Or red cards....
Is this anyhow relevant?

Red and yellow cards draw suspensions , same as real life. Maybe you might want to consider toning down the aggressiveness of your players to help them not get yellow/red cards although I have noticed players will get some anyway.

Red and yellow cards in TE is a random bad roll dice.
Doesn't have to do with individual skills like high aggression or low speed as in real football.
Also tackling has a tiny (or none) effect to that.
A bad formation or players out of position have effect.
As playing vs a very strong opponent.
If you see a player getting a yellow card and having a bad rate, sub him.
