do devs make their own scouts?

I play against an opponent which has something like the perfect team. Not only all players with spacial abilities and with 6 or seven stars, but all abilities are perfect mixed. Means exactly one for corners, one for freekicks, one for penalty and the others all defense wall, dribbler shadow etc. And if that wouldnt be enough its symetric aswell. So ML an MR both have dribbler for example. How is that possible? Must be a dev or something...kind of unfair. Even if i would spent so many token for all the scouts they wouldnt have just the perfect SA I need for that particular player...

Sure, the devs can make whatever players they want for themselves. But it's not like you can't assemble a team like this with money. The scouts list isn't static, you just need to wait for such players to appear OR you can train players to have these special abilities.

is called "power train" ... spending tokens to buy only players 18~19 y.o fast trainers and green/red boosts to refill the condition of player after train , since you can get into few days a lot of skill points with the right price (time + tokens) then you get the perfect team !

i just powertrain a player to 7* but i cannot afford to grow him more so , power train is for the one who spend a lot of money !

This was curios. And he bought a new scout just before the match. Of course shadow - what else. I won anyway with weaker team. Didnt know how this could happen. At least i could profit from this crazy engine once... But was right tactics too. I had about 15 counter attacks (2 goals).

If you bought Tokens you could have a team like this as well.

No i wondered because every SA was so perfect for that particular player. When I see my scoutlist I couldnt built a team with that, which hasnt multiple freekickers oder corner kick specialist in it. But you only need one in fact. But I couldnt form a team with my scoutlist which has only the perfect fitting abilieties just how i want them. yes i could wait for new scout players, but then the complete team wouldnt be on such a high level, because you would have to wait until you get a new player with exactly that position and exactly that ability. i think all players couldnt be 5 to 7 stars then. or he uses personal trainer, but then he has to spent a LOT of token.

There's a "personal trainer" feature that allows you to spend tokens to directly improve a player's quality and teach him a SA. You don't need to do any training if you have piles of money to spend on tokens.

Sheesh, go check out Kashiwa Washi in the showcase - not sure how many tokens, but it's a lot and the team looks ridiculously good. Balkan Boyz don't look too shabby either
