Maybe this question sounds cliché/junk question to you guyzz..

But when exactly the new season start for new starter like me? i'been reading previous post about this question but it was 3 years ago. they said that new season start at 11th around 3:30GMT.

Its still same or have been changed? any respond would much appreaciated..
