Negotiations are over ?

as you might remember (or not), i said before that i have a -2 lvl team that's on the same server as mine. and i used to buy players for the second team on my main team. all my 59% players appeared on my second team's nego list. until the update where negotiations were banned. after that, on the last week when the nego were available, not even one of my 59% players appeared anymore. all the list was full with 97,98% players. the only way i could see the players was to go directly to the other team and make an offer from there.

so trust me, something has changed... negotiations are broken. and not because there are not enough players out there... just because nordeus doesn't want us to buy anymore from other managers. simple
