There is a threshold which you cannot exceed season by season. Try this guide to keep your numbers right.

L1 - 800
L2 - 2,500
L3 - 6,000
L4 - 11,500
L5 - 19,000
L6 - 28,000
L7 - 40,000
L8 - 53,500
L9 - 69,000
L10 - 86,500
L11 - 106,000
L12 - 127,500
L13 - 151,000
L14 - 176,500
L15 - 204,000
L16 onwards - 260,000

Saw this thread too late sadly, went to upgrade my stadium 1 week ago to seat 13k pax as I wanted to upgrade my medical and training and regretted it as I am still level 3 omg

My home advantage will suffer a lot i guess

The good part is that you won't have a disadvantage in tickets bonus.
If you put the right price in the tickets and gather 6 K' fans, you still have the 5% home bonus.
No matter if it shows 6/13 K'
