Can somebody explain me this? He has won 38 leagues en his managerslevel is 33. The cups i can imagine (because maybe he is a tanker), but 44 champions leagues with level 33?

44 CL titles at lvl 33 is possible by tanking.
38 leagues at lvl 33 isn't.

U could do it back then when u could get a team and restart. Your trophies were being transfered
